Summer Camp  

 

As a ministry of French Camp Academy, Camp of the Rising Son serves children from all over the world, teaching them personal leadership skills, stimulating creativity, and developing their interest in all things outdoors. Summer is one of French Camp Farms' busiest seasons. During these nine weeks, French Camp offers campers the opportunity to learn the basics in:

 

Trail Rides - Learn proper riding techniques and horse-handling skills while riding trails that weave throughout the camp property (Ages 10+)  

 

Arena Rides - Basic Lessons in horse riding, grooming, care and safety in our covered arena

 

Vaulting - Learn the art of gymnastics on the back of a moving horse. Helps campers develop balance, flexibility, confidence.
